Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to yacht charter and sales reservations made through Bella International Yacht Brokerage Turizm Ticaret Limited Şirketi.

1. Charter Cancellation Conditions

The following cancellation conditions apply to all charter reservations. The cancellation date is calculated based on the date on which the written cancellation request is received by our company.

* For cancellations made 30–59 days before the charter date, the reservation fee is non-refundable. However, guests may transfer their charter right to the following season on the same or a different vessel, with a deduction of 30% from the total amount paid.

Refunds will be processed within 30 (thirty) business days of the cancellation date.

2. Option (Hold) Conditions

An option allows guests to temporarily hold a vessel before completing the reservation. Option durations vary depending on the number of days remaining until the charter date:

If the reservation is not completed within the option period, the hold will automatically expire and the vessel will be made available again.

3. Yacht Sales Cancellation

For yacht sales transactions, cancellation conditions are determined separately in the sales agreement signed between the buyer and the seller. All details regarding deposit terms, refund conditions, and contract termination clauses are set out in the relevant agreement.

4. Force Majeure

Cancellation conditions will be reconsidered in the following circumstances:

  • State of emergency or mobilisation declared by official authorities
  • Natural disasters (earthquake, flood, storm, etc.)
  • Epidemic or pandemic declared by health authorities
  • Port closure or navigation ban

In force majeure situations, a full refund or date change may be arranged upon submission of supporting documentation.
